Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Color Flashlight and other apps published by Nembly Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Color Flashlight provides a flashlight with adjustable colors and an SOS signaling pattern. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Subscriptions

• Color Flashlight offers a 3-day free trial, followed by an auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscription, as selected at purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account once the trial ends, unless you cancel before it does.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Color Flashlight on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.

5. SOS feature disclaimer

The SOS signal is a visual light pattern intended to help you attract attention. It is not a substitute for contacting emergency services. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number directly.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is." Flashlight performance depends on your device's hardware and battery, which we do not control. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nembly Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
