Terms of Use

By downloading or using Color Flashlight ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Color Flashlight Pro subscription

• Color Flashlight Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available weekly and monthly.
• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Microphone use

Party Mode uses the microphone solely to detect music beats in real time. No audio is recorded or stored. You may revoke microphone access at any time in your device settings, which will disable Party Mode.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with others. The strobe effect in Party Mode may not be suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy — use at your own discretion.

5. SOS feature disclaimer

The SOS signal is a visual light pattern intended to help you attract attention. It is not a substitute for contacting emergency services. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number directly.

6. Standard EULA

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
