Frequently asked questions
How do I turn on the colored light?
Open Color Flashlight and pick a color from the color bar at the bottom of the screen. The torch turns on automatically when you select a color.
How do I use the SOS signal?
Tap the SOS icon to start the blinking pattern. Tap "Stop SOS" at any time to turn it off.
How do I cancel my free trial or subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Color Flashlight → Cancel Subscription. You can do this anytime, even during the free trial, and you won't be charged.
I bought a subscription but it's not showing on my new device. What do I do?
Open Color Flashlight and tap "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings or paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
The flashlight won't turn on. What should I check?
Close any other app that might be using the camera, restart your iPhone, and make sure Color Flashlight has camera access under Settings → Color Flashlight → Camera.
