Privacy Policy

Color Flashlight ("the app", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app has no user accounts and does not track you.

2. Data stored on your device

Your preferences — such as saved colors, timer settings, and Party Mode configuration — are stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.

3. Microphone (Party Mode)

Party Mode uses the microphone to detect the energy and rhythm of music playing in the room. The app analyses audio in real time only to detect beats — no audio is recorded, saved, or transmitted. The microphone is active only while Party Mode is running, and you can stop it at any time by pressing the Stop button. Microphone access is optional; Party Mode will not start without it.

4. Camera and flashlight

The app uses your device's rear LED to produce light. It does not take, record, or store photos or video.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Third parties

The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.

7. Children

The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

If you have questions about the information we hold, or wish to request its deletion, contact us at nemblystudio@outlook.com. If you're located in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app means you accept the current policy.
