Privacy Policy

Nembly Studio ("Nembly Studio," "we," "us," or "our") builds Color Flashlight and other small iOS apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps handle, and how.

1. Information we collect

Color Flashlight is designed to work without an account. We do not ask you to register, and we do not knowingly collect your name, address, or other directly identifying information.

• Camera and torch access. The app requests access to your device's camera hardware solely to control the built-in flashlight (torch). We do not take photos, record video, or store any camera data.
• Subscription and purchase information. If you start a free trial or subscribe, the purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple shares limited transaction information with us, such as whether a subscription is active, so the app can unlock the features you've paid for.
• Diagnostic data. Like most apps, we may receive aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data through Apple's standard developer tools. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How we use this information

We use the information above only to operate the app's core features and to confirm your subscription status. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of individual users.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your information. Apple processes all payments and subscription management under its own privacy practices, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Data retention

We retain subscription-status information only for as long as needed to provide the app's features, and aggregated diagnostic data only as long as Apple's developer tools retain it.

5. Children's privacy

Color Flashlight is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights

If you have questions about the information we hold, or wish to request its deletion, contact us at nemblystudio@outlook.com. If you're located in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
