Privacy Policy

Nembly Studio ("Nembly Studio," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Solitaire & Sudoku ("App") handles information.

1. Our core commitment: we do not collect your data

Solitaire & Sudoku does not collect, store, transmit, share, or sell any personal data. The App has no user accounts, no registration process, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no tracking of any kind. All gameplay data remains on your device and is never sent anywhere.

2. Information handled by the App

Gameplay data

Your game progress, scores, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device only, using Apple's standard on-device storage. This data is never transmitted to Nembly Studio or any third party. It is not accessible to us in any form. If you delete the App, this data is permanently removed from your device.

Purchase information

Purchases (Weekly, Monthly, and Pro Forever) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Nembly Studio never receives your payment card details, billing address, or any personally identifying payment information. Apple may share with us a limited, anonymised signal confirming whether a valid subscription or purchase exists for your Apple ID — solely so the App can unlock the features you have paid for. This signal contains no personally identifying information.

Crash and performance data

Apple's operating system may collect anonymised, aggregated crash reports and performance metrics through Apple's standard developer tools (Xcode Organizer / TestFlight). This data is provided to us in aggregate form only and cannot be used to identify you personally. You can opt out of sending diagnostic data to Apple in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

3. No third-party SDKs or advertising

Solitaire & Sudoku contains no third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar), no advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or similar), and no social login integrations. No data is shared with any third party other than Apple as described in section 2 above.

4. No data sales

Nembly Studio does not and will never sell personal data. Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to sell.

5. Children's privacy

Solitaire & Sudoku is not directed at children under 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, the same privacy protections apply regardless of age.

6. Data retention

All gameplay data is retained locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. Nembly Studio retains no user data on its own servers because no user data is ever transmitted to us.

7. Your rights (GDPR and Norwegian law)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or Norway, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven), including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Because Nembly Studio collects no personal data, these rights are not practically applicable. However, if you have any questions or concerns, you may contact us at the address below.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Norway, this is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

8. Apple's privacy practices

As the App is distributed through the App Store, Apple's own privacy practices also apply to the App Store experience, device data, and payment processing. Apple's Privacy Policy is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the App's data practices change — for example, if a future update introduces features that involve data collection. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
