Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Mancala and other apps published by Nembly Studio ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Mancala is a digital version of the classic Mancala-style board game, playable entirely offline. The app works fully offline and does not require an internet connection to play. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time through app updates.

2. No real-money gambling

Mancala is a game of skill and strategy played for entertainment only. There is no real-money wagering, no cash prizes, and no way to win or withdraw real money or anything of monetary value.

3. Purchase

• Mancala is sold as a one-time purchase for 29 kr. This is a single payment, not a recurring subscription — you will not be charged again for continued access to the app.
• Payment is processed entirely through your Apple ID account at the time of download.
• Your purchase grants you a license to use Mancala on devices associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple's standard licensing terms.
• Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy — Nembly Studio does not process refunds directly.

4. Game data and progress

Your game progress is stored locally on your device only. We do not provide cloud sync or backup. If you delete the app, switch devices, or reset your device, your progress may be permanently lost.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mancala on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nembly Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of game progress.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
