Nembly Studio ("Nembly Studio," "we," "us," or "our") builds Mancala and other small iOS apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps handle, and how.

1. Information we collect

Mancala is designed to work entirely offline, with no account, no internet connection, and no third-party advertising or analytics. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from this app.

• Gameplay data. Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us in any way.
• Purchase information. Mancala is a one-time purchase, processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. We do not receive any personal information about you as part of this transaction.
• Diagnostic data. Like most apps, we may receive aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data through Apple's standard developer tools. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How we use this information

Since Mancala collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to use beyond the anonymized diagnostic data described above, which we use solely to fix bugs and improve app stability.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell, share, or transmit any personal information, because none is collected. Apple processes your one-time purchase under its own privacy practices, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

4. Data retention

Gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the app. We do not retain any personal data on our servers, because we do not operate any servers that this app communicates with.

5. Children's privacy

Mancala is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no personal information from any user, this applies equally regardless of age.

6. Your rights
